PHA’s transportation planning and traffic engineering services include preparation of traffic studies in connection with proposed developments, area-wide redevelopment projects, and roadway and bridge reconstruction projects. Services also include transportation master planning, parking studies, transit and pedestrian studies, bicycle path planning, and ferry operations/terminal planning.
