PHA provided resident engineering services on behalf of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection for 130 linear feet of new sanitary / storm sewer in Monroe Avenue in the Claremont Village neighborhood of the Bronx. The new combined sewer was required in connection with a new 42-unit residential development at 1685 Monroe Avenue. PHA was responsible for inspection of excavation for a 15-foot deep trench, support of excavation, pipe laying, pouring of the pipe cradle, the riser for the house connection, backfill, concrete base and asphalt.
