2953 Barnes Avenue

PHA provided resident engineering services on behalf of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection for 108 linear feet of new combined sewer in Barnes Avenue in the Allerton neighborhood of the Bronx. The new combined sewer was required in connection with a 15-unit residential development at 2953 Barnes Avenue. PHA was responsible for inspection of excavation for a 15-foot deep trench, support of excavation, pipe laying, pouring of the pipe cradle, riser and house connection, new catch basin and connection, backfill, concrete base and asphalt.
