3055 Valentine Avenue

PHA provided resident engineering services on behalf of the NYC Department of Environmental Protection for 78 linear feet of new combined sewer in Valentine Avenue in the Bedford Park neighborhood of the Bronx. The new combined sewer was required in connection with an 8-story, 26-unit residential development at 3055 Valentine Avenue. PHA provided inspection for excavation of a 15-foot deep trench, support of excavation, pipe laying, pouring of the pipe cradle, riser and house connection, new Type 3 catch basin and connection, backfill, concrete base and asphalt.
