40th Precinct Station House

PHA was the civil engineer for the new 40th Precinct Station House at the corner of St. Ann's Avenue and East 149th Street in the Bronx. PHA developed plans for the station's approximately 110-space parking lot, and was also responsible for preparation of grading plans, drainage plans, the builders pavement plan, the site connection proposal, a site connection master plan, and other civil design drawings for the new facility.
