70 Vestry Street

70 Vestry Street is a 13-story, 46-unit residential building in Tribeca. The building includes a through-block driveway with entrances on Debrosses Street and Vestry Street, as well as a 42-space parking garage. PHA provided parking planning, environmental review and civil engineering services. This included preparation of the schematic parking layouts, garage drawings to obtain a garage special permit through the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP), and an Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS). The firm also prepared grading plans, builders pavement plans and the site connection proposal, and was responsible for associated agency reviews and approvals.
