Dumbo Heights

Dumbo Heights is a 750,000 square foot campus of four buildings just south of the DUMBO neighborhood in Brooklyn. The buildings formerly served as the headquarters for the Watchtower. The buildings were renovated and converted to Class A office space and are now occupied by a mix of creative, tech and other tenants. PHA provided civil engineering services for the project. This included design of geometric roadway modifications to widen the sidewalks in the district, including associated roadway design, relocation of signal poles, hydrants and catch basins, and associated agency review and approval.
