Fashion Institute of Technology

The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) is constructing a new ten-story, approximately 110,000 square foot building which will include classrooms, studios, student assembly space and administrative offices. The new building will be located on West 28th Street and will connect to the existing Feldman Center. PHA provided civil engineering services for the new building, including preparation of the builders pavement plans, utility plans, and site connection proposal.
