Harrisburg Federal Courthouse

The GSA recently constructed a new, 243,000 square foot federal courthouse in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The courthouse has eight courtrooms and approximately 43 indoor and 36 outdoor parking spaces. As a subconsultant to Ennead Architects, PHA provided traffic engineering services for the new courthouse, including site access and circulation planning, as well as layout and design of the on-site parking.
