Navy Green

PHA prepared the Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) for Navy Green, a mixed-use development near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The project required a rezoning, a disposition of city-owned property, a special permit for a Large- Scale Residential Development and designated of the site as an Urban Development Action Area Project. The development contains a total of about 472 residential units, 8,500 square feet of retail space, and about 10,000 square feet of community facility space.
