One Manhattan Square

One Manhattan Square, at 250 South Street, is a 72-story residential building in the Two Bridges neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, just north of the Manhattan Bridge. The building fronts on South Street, Cherry Street and Peck Slip. PHA provided civil engineering services for the project. In this role, the firm was responsible for preparation of the builders pavement plans, NYCDPR Street Tree plans, NYCDOT revocable consent drawings, and associated agency coordination and approvals.
