PHA prepared the transportation analyses for the SEQRA Environmental Assessment (EA) for the installation of video lottery terminals (VLT) at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens. The EA evaluated the potential environmental effects of installing 4,500 VLTs in a new building on the 210-acre site. PHA was responsible for assessing the project’s potential effects on traffic, parking, transit and pedestrians.
